MLA are working with a particularly exciting company in the electric vehicles space. The nascent business already have a strong track record of partnering with top-tier automotive suppliers, and working with established brands. They are developing their legal team, and would like to take on a mid to senior-level Compliance Lawyer to support their Global Head of Compliance.
The initial focus of this role will revolve around building out and deploying training programs across the business. This individual will be working closely with various areas of the business adjacent to the legal team, and aiming to implement programs that will help to improve efficiency. They need someone hands-on, and commercial, who can navigate a fast-moving business.
The client is looking initially to take someone on a 6 month contract basis; however, it may be that the role organically develops and they look to extend this.
