Leading City firm with an excellent brand are expanding their non-contentious construction team following continued success, with a focus on real estate development matters.

The team work across wide range of real estate development projects, advising on complex commercial, prime residential and mixed use schemes in London for a broad client base of investors, developers, contractors and occupiers.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect advising and drafting bespoke and standard form contracts, principally JCT and NEC, bonds, guarantees and other construction security documents, development agreements and agreements for lease.

The successful candidate will benefit from flexible working arrangements tailored to the individual and genuine opportunity for progression.
