JOB TITLE:                   Employment Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The work of the appointed Employment Solicitor will either concern an employee and their respective rights and obligations or the employer’s. You will be required to uphold the laws that govern the relationships between employers and their staff, ensuring that each party upholds their rights, duties and obligations to the other. The caseload will be divided into non-contentious support work and contentious claim support. Non-contentious support work may include, providing advice relative to the case and explaining applicable laws, drafting contracts, overseeing restructures, buyouts and mergers. Contentious claim support may include, helping workers make a claim over breaches of contract, employment tribunal matters, discrimination or harassment cases and cases involve unfair dismissal of an employee, evaluating and providing advice on the merits of employee claims and representing clients during employment tribunal cases.

Pasquale Agatiello – Senior Consultant (In-house)

Kaye Thumpston – Divisional Manager (Locum)

Kaye is a Divisional Manager within eNL’s  interim / locum division and has responsibility for the temporary legal recruitment team nationally. Kaye has been involved in legal recruitment since 2006 and has over ten years’ experience within the interim / locum legal professional market. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a  member of  eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region.
