About the business:

CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm with a national presence. Our client is looking to hire an experienced legal professional with a background in multi-track personal injury law to join their renowned RTA & employers / public liability litigation team, in their Sheffield Office.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Multi-Track PI Fee Earner:

* Running ranging litigated personal injury files, including multi-track RTA (car & motorbike) and EL/PL claims
* Further investigative work on files
* Reviewing medical reports, documentation and communications
* Handling denial of liability, contested settlement values, contested cases and complex matters when needed
* Settling cases and preparing for hearings
* Instructing council
