The role:
Opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor/Associate NQ-5 years PQE to join a high-quality practice in Exeter.
The real estate practice is one of the firm's largest and houses lawyers with broad experience and specialisms. They undertake really interesting and significant work encompassing large-scale property development, urban regeneration, self-invested pension schemes, real estate investment, asset management, property finance, social housing and more.
You will work as part of the wider team on large complex deals, whilst also building up your own caseload of matters with the work you most enjoy.
The ideal candidate:
- Real Estate Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development and outstanding client car
