Corporate / Funds Associate (3-6 PQE) – Singapore

Are you a talented and driven lawyer with a background in corporate and/or funds law considering a move overseas? Our client, an esteemed offshore law firm with international recognition, is expanding their presence in Singapore and seeking a highly motivated associate with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience to join their team.

As a qualified England & Wales lawyer with general corporate/M&A and/or equity capital markets related experience from a well-regarded international law firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law related issues for a host of international clients. Your exceptional legal skills, understanding of relevant market and client industries, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and strong analytical abilities will ensure you are a key addition to the team.

Additionally, your adept interpersonal skills and eagerness to participate in business development activities and initiatives will aid you in building solid relationships with both clients and colleagues alike and ultimately, support the development of your own practice. While experience working in Singapore or other Asian jurisdictions is preferred, it is not mandatory.
