Our client is an established city law firm with a highly regarded litigation practice. They are seeking to develop this area of practice having recently lost 2 partners who have retired from the law. The practice is headed by two senior equity partners and there is a need for a junior partner to join the team. Our client is keen to speak with junior and mid level partners as well as ambitious senior associates seeking partnership. The firm have a strong platform in litigation and they deal with a huge range of matters from general commercial disputes and judicial review to contract disputes and factoring and invoice discounting litigation. The department also deal with financial/banking litigation as well as regulatory disputes.

 

They are keen to speak to those who have a broad range of experience and may have expertise in areas in which they don’t currently do a huge amount of work such as international arbitration, white collar and IP litigation.

 

You will need to exhibit an ability to generate work and a keenness to business develop and assist in the growth of the department.
