THE ROLE:
A well-regarded practice has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Personal Injury Solicitor to join them at their Lincolnshire office. The appointed candidate will be responsible for their own varied caseload of personal injury matters to include, but not limited to EL, PL, RTA, multi-track and fast-track, obtaining medical records, negotiating settlements and defending claims and attending court hearings and trials. The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will be expected to run their caseload under minimal supervision from initial instruction up to and including trial. The successful candidate must be passionate about assisting with the growth of this busy department and will be keen to develop their career within the firm.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 + years PQE in PI work, excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. A core value of the firm is offering high quality customer service; thus, communication and client care skills are essential for this role, and you will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients. As a member of a team of solicitors with an excellent reputation in their fields, you will be expected to work as a team, set an example, and share knowledge within the department.
