Segal Placements is delighted to be helping an award winning construction team to further grow at the mid-senior level with the addition of one or potentially two associates/assistants.
This firm, based in the heart of London, is directory ranked in multiple areas but one of their 'crown jewells' is their construction team which, despite being relatively sizeable, continues to grow. We have recently placed a Partner into this team (yet to start) and this individual's work, coupled with the huge client roster of international developers necessitates further growth within their non-Partner ranks.
Associates at this Firm form an integral part of the team, are given day-to-day hands-on interface with clients and pay is competitive with other Tier 1 Firms although unlike others, progression to Director and Partner is very swift.
Aside from a generous salary, this Firm pays healthy bonuses (including five-figure sums) to those who exceed their hours targets, which are very accommodating (1200 hours).
The role is based in London although this Firm does not require individuals in the office on a permanent basis so it may also be of interest to those who would need to commute.
