Job Details
Junior to Mid-Level US qualified associate with 2-3 years of experience in the areas of capital markets and securities is sought by elite US law firm. Applicants with extensive experience advising issuers and underwriters in a variety of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including high-yield bonds, investment grade and sovereign bonds, initial public offerings, rights issuances and share placements are of particular interest.
Fluency in a regional language is a bonus but not a prerequisite. Strong academic credentials and previous experience at a top-tier large NY firm preferred. Cravath scale compensation package.
