The role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join a bustling practice enriched with talent and expertise, with a view to heading up the department in the short-medium term.

You will work directly with the head of department, advising and acting for the firm's existing client base on day-to-day employment and HR issues while meeting potential new clients and generating new business.

You will have a passion for people, employment law, and your own personal and professional development. The firm invests heavily in their own to ensure everyone has the chance to reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
  • You will be forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic,
  • You will be a team player whilst equally able to act autonomously
  • Someone who can hold and develop new relationships with introducers and clients
  • Experience in business development and marketing is essential
