Senior Construction Lawyer

Are you a highly motivated and ambitious Construction Lawyer in Sheffield interested in joining a leading firm? Our client offers exposure to varied and fast paced work across a wide range of fields, working in a collegiate and supportive team.

You will be providing non-contentious construction advice to clients on all types of construction matters, from retail, infrastructure, energy and commercial. You will be liaising with developers, public sector and education bodies, contractors, and lenders on a national and international level.

Working closely with clients, you will be expected to draft and negotiate construction contracts, guarantees and bonds and collateral warranties. You will work seamlessly as part of a busy team whilst retaining your own individuality.

Given the rich variety and complexity of the work, we’re looking for agile and ambitious candidates with an experience of construction and infrastructure matters. You will have an enthusiasm for business development and relish the opportunity to build your own network. You will have excellent written and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
