Experienced Motor Team Leader Paralegal

Your new company
This is a large well-regarded global firm that offers a full legal and business service. The client is now seeking an experienced Lead Paralegal to join the motor department due to ongoing growth.

Your new role
This role will see you manage and progress a Motor Insurance litigated defendant caseload. As a lead paralegal you will have extensive knowledge and experience in complex and technical cases. In addition to managing your own caseload you will also able to lead by example and assist paralegals within your team.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have gained an extensive amount of experience (a minimum of 18 months+) in motor insurance litigated caseloads. You will be a strong communicator with excellent internal and external business development skills. You will be able to forge strong relationships with high attention to detail. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to work well under pressure.
