Their busy and thriving practice focusses particularly on complex, high-value and strategic commercial agreements, outsourcing (both IT and business process), technology contracts and data protection; whilst the team works for clients in a range of sectors, life sciences, hotels and leisure, art and transport feature prominently to align with the firm’s strengths in these areas. The team are particularly seeking someone with proven ability in drafting complex commercial agreements; experience of IT contracts (MSAs, software development agreements) and the Life Sciences industry would also be highly valued.
