The Team

This exciting role will mean you are part of a national team working on large-scale, residential-led projects.

It will also give you with an opportunity to continue to develop your skills in a wide range of real estate work including development agreements, statutory undertaker documentation, large scale freehold transfers, mixed use schemes set up documentation, affordable housing transactions and residential leases

The Role

The role includes development work (excluding construction) with a specific emphasis on large-scale, mix use projects, advising national and international developers in relation to residential sales, affordable housing disposals.

There is also an opportunity to become involved in commercial letting work on the mixed use developments.

About You

* Qualified solicitor
* 2 + PQE
* Strong real estate experience (preferably with a residential development background)
* Good academics
