Leading City Firm – Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (4+ PQE) – Public and Private M&A

We are working on a role for a Corporate Professional Support Lawyer to join the London office of this elite City firm.

In addition to providing general corporate advice, this role is envisaged as having a focus on public and private M&A, as well as private equity, and will involve working on internal knowledge management and training as well as external marketing and business development efforts.

The partners are looking to hear from candidates with more than 4 years’ PQE gained from within the Corporate practice of a leading City firm. 

Fee-earners looking to transfer into a PSL function, as well as existing PSLs, are both encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will have a high level of technical competence and excellent communication skills as well as the flexibility to excel in both the operational and strategic aspects of the role.

The PSL function is taken very seriously at this firm with excellent long-term prospects and the ability to work with a flexible schedule on a full or part-time basis.
