The Firm

This leading regional firm deal with City quality work in Essex. They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Solicitor to join their Real Estate Investments team in the heart of Chelmsford.

The practice has developed many specialist areas which continue to bolster their national reputation.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 6+ years PQE for their Real Estate Investments team in Chelmsford, Essex.

The role will see you joining an award-winning Property team, who act for some of the most prestigious real estate investors globally. You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team, and the caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Development, Investment and Acquisitions and Disposals. internationally.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.
Requirements:

  • You will be a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
  • You will have experience business development and marketing
  • You will be comfortable and confident in delegating work to junior fee-earners and the support team
  • First-class communication skills are essential
  • You should have good experience running your own caseload and a good billings history.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge is essential.
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
