Residential Property PSL

Are you an experienced residential property lawyer who would like to move into a varied PSL role on a part-time basis? If so, this rare opportunity could be the role for you.

This well regarded property practice advises on commercial, residential, and rural property matters as well as construction, planning and environmental law, and the large residential property team advises on all aspects of residential property ownership and management.

A PSL 7PQE+ is sought to work alongside two other PSLs in the real estate group and specialise in residential property. This broad role will include developing and maintaining precedents and guidance notes, designing and delivering internal training, writing articles and business development. You will have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. Secured lending experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
