Our client are looking for a commercially minded lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis. In your role as Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the business in the UK to provide legal advice and support.
We're looking for someone with the following experience:
- previous in-house experience, gained in any industry
- extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (for the UK and cross-border)
- good working knowledge of IP (you will be managing the Group's IP portfolio)
- experience in providing advice on legal and commercial issues affecting the business
This role will be well suited to someone who has previous in-house experience in a broad commercial role; keen to transition to working in the renewable energy space.
Our client are based in London and operating a flexible working policy with three days in the office.
