This leading international retailer has an opportunity for a senior lawyer with regulatory experience to join the business.

About the Opportunity

You will lead on matters relating to commercial contract disputes, branding litigation and consumer protection as well as corporate and social compliance. You will manage reputational issues and mitigate risk, as well as having an overview of wider regulatory compliance matters.

About You

Experience across a range of litigation law within a consumer or retail context is key, with any experience in reputational risk also being key.

In addition, you must be able to work with the wider business, advising on regulatory matters in a commercial way and providing dedicated support and advice where required.
