Commercial IP/IT -Lawyer 5+PQE

A leading global renewable energy company is looking to hire a senior lawyer to join their expanding European team.

Liaising with business teams throughout the group, the individual will be advising on a wide range of legal, compliance and commercial matters.

The legal team is positioned across Europe and there is opportunity to deal with commercial contracts for the UK and on a cross-border basis.

Experience with commercial contracts,IP/IT is essential and knowledge of commercial dispute resolution and regulatory/compliance areas would be advantage.

This is an excellent position based in-house in London. Looking for min of 5 PQE and experience working within energy/construction sectors are preferred.
