My client is a highly-regarded law firm of exceptional quality and heritage. It has leading reputations both for its general Corporate & Commercial work and for its lead practitioners in the fields of corporate and commercial law.

The firm has an outstanding opportunity for you as a senior corporate lawyer/partner designate to use your expertise and experience in working with the lead partner and the team in servicing existing clients’ needs, as well as developing new client wins. The lead partner, with whom you will work closely is personally ranked in Band 1 as a Leading Individual for Corporate work in the region and is also recognised as a Leading Individual in Legal 500 UK 2023 edition for Corporate & Commercial.

The Corporate & Commercial team is experienced in acting for private limited companies, owner managed businesses, UK operations of foreign multinationals, entrepreneurs and investors. There is a particular focus on cross-border transactions so your work will not just be limited to the UK.

This firm will genuinely recognise your contribution, whilst also facilitating access to the highest quality of work. This role would offer exceptional prospects to you and it’s worth noting that this well-run firm is achieving an abnormally high level of PEP.

The firm’s corporate team sits within the Corporate & Commercial team and works closely with the firm’s other commercial departments.
