Hong Kong - Partner/Partner Designate - Commercial Litigation

**HONG KONG - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - JUNIOR PARTNER ROLE**

Our client is a major global law firm, operating in key financial centres across the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial litigator to join their excellent global dispute resolution practice in Hong Kong.  This is a newly created role –as opposed to a replacement hire – and forms part of the ambitious growth strategy of the firm’s global dispute resolution practice.   You will join a team of three litigation partners well established in the Hong Kong market.  Workload will cover a wide range of international commercial litigation and restructuring and insolvency matters including shareholder disputes, board disputes, valuation disputes arising from major M&A transactions, insolvency, liquidations, restructurings, security and judgment/award enforcement and investment trust disputes.

You may already be a Partner or a senior Counsel looking to make the next step in your career. You will have a very solid commercial/insolvency litigation background from a global law firm in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney or similar major global financial centre. You will be ambitious, keen to succeed and to progress your career, to generate business; and to further build out the litigation practice under the aegis of the firm.  A client following is not required, nor are Mandarin language skills.
