Job Details
Our client is a large UK HQ firm with an international network and a plethora of lender panel relationships. The real estate finance team finds this an excellent platform on which to build a practice and the firm is now looking to build on this success.
Their clients include the UK clearing banks, challenger banks and alternative lenders, so they are interested to meet candidates who have a complementary network. They are open to talking to senior lawyers currently in-house in a clearing bank or similar, if they will have influence on instructions, or of course established partners with a lender focused real estate finance practice.
This firm has been making great strides developing its real estate group alongside banking, with multiple high-profile hires giving the practice area real heft. You will be in prestigious company in the partnership while operating within a family friendly, transparent and flexible environment.
