Job Details
Highly regarded offshore law firm with strong presence in the BVI seeks aspiring corporate associate with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience for its busy transactional team. Either already on island or relocating from the UK (overseas applicants will need to be England & Wales qualified) you will have a strong academic pedigree and have worked to date within the corporate team at a leading international law firm.
The work on offer spans public and private M&A, capital markets, banking & finance, FinTech including digital assets, investment funds & services, private equity, (re)insurance and other corporate matters so will appeal to those lawyers keen to maintain a breadth of practice. Offering immediate responsibility for deals and direct client interaction, candidates possessing a comprehensive technical skill set and advanced communication skills will hit the ground running.
