Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you handle a respondent based caseload. You will work closely with a broad range of clients on both advisory and contentious work. Working within a collegiate team, you can expect to gain plenty of hands on experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. You will be a good communicator who can develop relationships with clients.
