You can join the team from a claimant or defendant background - training will be given if you want to transfer your skills to this claimant arena. A team player who enjoys building rewarding relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be self-motivated and commercially aware. You will be keen to:
- broaden and hone your skills and experience;
- take on more responsibility; and
- play a key part in the development of the Department
As a junior lawyer, you'll be hugely supported and mentored. Plenty of client-facing contact is also a given in this role where an ability to give practical, hands-on advice is important.
