The Role:
You will join a close-knit team as an In-House Lawyer in their Wilmslow office.
You can expect to gain exposure to a variety of residential and commercial property matters, including plot sales, land acquisition, and infrastructure agreements. The work is varied and interesting and you will play a vital role in the growth of the business and its ongoing success.
There will be a high level of training provided, particularly on commercial matters, so applications are encouraged from Residential Property Solicitors who are keen to gain exposure to Commercial Real Estate work.
You will receive an attractive salary, benefits package and work/life balance, with a zero-tolerance approach to evening and weekend work.
Due to the nature of the role and the team's working arrangement, you will be required to attend the Wilmslow office five days a week.
Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Property Solicitor/Legal Executive between NQ - 5 years PQE
- Experience in Residential Conveyancing (ideally new builds/plot sales) is essential, commercial property experience is advantageous
- Comfortable working with autonomy in a supportive environment
