CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR
Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required by this market leading healthcare sector department to deal with a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work from its London office.
Role Overview
The firm is independently recognised as a leader in handling healthcare sector focussed work. In joining this firm you will work alongside leading practitioners dealing with defendant clinical negligence cases.
The role will involve managing a mixed caseload of claims against various healthcare Trusts and organisations, as well as some private insurers.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Litigation experience, preferably gained with a recognised defendant medical negligence team. As a guide you will have a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in this area of work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a close knit team.
- Able to supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
