A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning independent production company specialising in entertainment, comedy, drama and factual programming. This fast-growth production company is looking for a Legal and Business Executive to join their high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating all forms of development, production and underlying rights agreements, such as presenter, contributor, location, footage and other underlying rights/format acquisition contracts.
- Assisting in the negotiation of commissioning and distribution agreements with broadcasters and other content distributors.
- Providing legal advice on programme content and compliance.
- Assisting on general commercial/corporate/HR matters.
