Senior Legal Counsel - DCM/Treasury - Leading Bank

Our client is a leading international bank currently looking to hire a lawyer with debt capital markets and/or treasury experience to join their highly regarded legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel.

The successful candidate will be embedded within the business and supporting the Treasury function on a broad range of related matters which branch out to regulatory and corporate advisory matters. You will be working at a high level of responsibility in a tight knit team which sits centrally to the bank and has an excellent relationship with the business, providing strategic advice on a broad range of complex matters related to DCM transactions and treasury issuances.

Skills required

• 4-7 PQE* gained in private practice or a leading financial institution.
• Strong understanding and experience advising on DCM transactions and/or Treasury. Regulatory capital experience will put you at an advantage.

Desirable

• In-house experience gained through a secondment or permanent position within the financial services sector.

*The PQE range stated is purely a guide. We will consider candidates that fall outside of this range if they can strongly demonstrate the required competencies.
