Segal Placements is assisting a leading international firm to grow their Employment Law team at a senior, non-Partner level (Senior Associate / Of Counsel).

This is an award winning firm that is rated highly in the legal directories and that has an inspirational individual leading the team. Highly regarded for their work across a range of sectors, the Firm's employment law team is known as a particularly happy ship with a very strong retention rate and a high rate of converting associates into future Partners. This role comes with a strong track to Partnership.

Individuals interested in this role will need a good pedigree, to have worked at a leading top 200 firm and to be fully conversant in a wide range of 'City' employment experience/knowledge, including public listed and private company transactions, TUPE, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, knowledge of the SMCR, drafting and enforcing post-termination restrictive covenants and advising on internal investigations.
