Job Details
We are working on an exciting opportunity for finance associates (possibly more than one) to join one of the most prestigious US firms in the London and global legal market.
The London office is a stand-alone operation and highly respected in its own right for various practice areas such as Private Equity, Litigation, and Asset Management.
The partners in the finance team have extensive experience of acting for private equity clients on all facets of their leveraged financing transactions, along with specialist knowledge of advising asset managers on their fund financing and debt finance matters.
With this in mind, the ideal candidate will have experience in both leveraged and fund finance matters, although those coming from a peer US/UK firm with a specialism in either area will also be of interest.
The incoming candidate will have excellent progression prospects, given that the team is leanly stocked at the senior level.
