About the role:
- Develop relationships with colleagues in various different business areas
- Working on diverse legal projects, transactions and disputes in order to effectively manage the delivery of work with the wider legal team
- Supervise and develop junior members of the team
- Dealing with a variety of commercial contracts across different sectors the group operate within
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (8+ PQE)
- Extensive experience dealing with a variety of commercial contracts, with some experience of competition law and other regulatory matters
