The Role

Working within this experienced and prestigious team, you will have the opportunity to support some of the most exciting and large-scale restructuring, recovery and insolvency work in the legal sector, including a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Clients vary from large financial institutions, distressed investors, insolvency practitioners and well-known businesses from a variety of sectors. Work includes providing advice on the full range of R&I matters including corporate restructurings, distressed M&A, distressed refinancing, and contingency planning.

Supporting junior colleagues with their professional development, you will be integral to driving the success of the division through a combination of leadership, training and business development activity.

Working alongside some of the most highly regarded Partners in the field, you will take up a central role in this leading team, and will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise and take a definitive step towards Partnership with this renowned international firm.

The Ideal Candidate

Has a strong legal background with experience in restructuring, litigation, corporate or banking Commercial awareness and market understandingHas strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alikeIs able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
