The Opportunity

A unique opportunity now exists for an IP paralegal to join the business and provide dedicated support to the IP portfolio for this iconic brand. You will manage and assist with trade mark and other IP matters across a range of territories. You will work closely with teams in other jurisdictions in ensuring the global protection of IP rights. You will conduct filings and prosecutions, as well as support on infringement matters. You will also work to ensure record keeping is impeccable and processes are highly effective and efficient. The role will have exposure to the global team which means there is plenty of scope for your professional development.

About You

The position will suit an IP paralegal ideally with the CITMA paralegal certificate who has experience with trade marks, design and IP portfolio management. Familiarity with trade mark opposition procedures and IP enforcement would also suit very well. You will also need to value being highly organised as well as an appreciation for efficient and innovative policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the UK and wider international business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required.
