JOB TITLE: Serious Injury Lawyer
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
EXPERIENCE: 4 + years’ PQE
SALARY: up to c£51,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Lawyer to provide support within this firm’s specialist Personal Injury team. The appointed Lawyer will be required to run a high value caseload, with a small caseload of multi-track cases. No day will ever be the same in this role, however you can expect a typical day to include obtaining relevant documents and carrying out relevant investigations, preparing witness statements and preparing for conferences and hearings. Taking the appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure swift progress is crucial to your success in this role.
You will be joining a supportive environment and have the chance to make an impact.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from candidates with 4+ years’ experience of handling their own busy caseload of litigated personal injury cases. The ability to run high-value cases of Serious Injury would be ideal, but it is not necessary. The firm are looking for a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism at all times is crucial in being successful in this role. The appointed Lawyer must be passionate about assisting with the growth of this busy department and will be keen to develop their career within the firm.
eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission. As part of our candidate care process, we aim to respond to all applications in 7 days. If you have not been contacted within this timescale, your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary level purely as a guide.
At eNL we value diversity and inclusion. We want to attract people at all levels and encourage applications from all suitably qualified candidates, whatever your ethnicity, religion, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristics protected by law in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
