The Role:
You will join a market-leading team as Property Development Senior Associate in the firm's Birmingham office.
You will advise on large scale, multi-billion pound, mixed-use developments for private sector clients, including the largest developers in the UK. The team are at the front end of iconic deals, and you will take the lead on complex & intellectually challenging matters, with the support of a renowned partner.
Working alongside down-to-earth and personable lawyers, you will assist in driving the team's growth further, with responsibility for your own client relationships from day one and the platform to develop your reputation in the market.
As a senior team member, you will also play a vital role in developing the team's junior talent, while having a transparent progression path that you will receive support & investment to follow.

Requirements:
- You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with 7+ years PQE
- Have experience across Residential, Commercial, and/or Mixed-Use Developments
- Have strong technical ability, with an understanding of the structure of large-scale schemes, considering tax, planning and development constraints
- Prior experience acting for clients within the private sector
- Comfortable supporting junior team members and being in a client-facing role
