Part-time or Full time considered
Errington Legal are recruiting for a driven and forward thinking Legal Director or Partner to be part of a growing and leading Social Housing team.
You will join a highly successful Social Housing team which sits within the Firm’s Property Department and acts for a broad range of leading national and regional registered providers, local authorities, private house-builders and funders on a wide range of issues affecting the sector.
The successful candidate will be a Senior Development Lawyer at either Legal Director or Partner level and will play a leading role in the Social Housing team as well as complement the wider Property team. You should have at least 8 years + PQE ideally gained within a regional, national or City firm with a keen interest in the social housing sector.
You will need to have management experience to supervise a team, with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion. You will be advising on drafting and negotiating management agreements and service level agreements, acquisitions and funding.
You will also play an active role in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
