This progressive and highly successful regional firm are looking for an experienced and ambitious Licenced Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor to join the team in Bury St Edmonds, Suffolk.

This firm dedicates one legal secretary/paralegal to each fee-earner not only creating a cohesive working environment but also allowing their fee-earners to fully-focus on billing.

The Role:
The role will see you join an already strong and established team of Licenced Conveyancers, Residential Property Solicitors and Legal Executives, working on manageable caseloads of full-service conveyancing.

Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of experience in full-service conveyancing
- You will be able to demonstrate proven business development ability.
- You are an ambitious and driven person with long-term aspirations to grow the department.
