JOB TITLE: Partner (Corporate & Commercial)

THE ROLE:
The appointed Corporate and Commercial Partner will be advising individuals and corporates across a broad spectrum of specialisms, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, restructuring, data privacy, intellectual property and company formation and start-ups. You will be supporting the firm’s growth strategy and will take a leading role in building its established practice area based in Central London. A key part of the role will be to develop new referral and client relationships to bring new work to the team. You will demonstrate your experience of winning new clients and forming long-standing client and referrer relationships. You will ideally have a significant number of established personal connections and work to bring with you to the firm and be proactive in taking action and be innovative to realise the firm’s ambitions.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be at least 10 years’ PQE and have a strong belief in client service, taking the time to understand client requirements, objectives and concerns in order to provide bespoke solutions to complex situations. You will enjoy building relationships across teams and locations, possess strong communication skills and have a flexible and adaptable approach. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines is essential whilst remaining resilient under pressure to meet competing demands.
