Job Details
This international firm is renowned as a market leader for energy and projects matters and there is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level associate to join the practice.
The firm has an international outlook and has advised on the planning, financing and corporate aspects of many cutting-edge projects around the world in recent years, particularly in renewables and infrastructure.
This particular role will focus on bespoke commercial project transactions in the energy and natural resources sector, including acquisitions and disposals of projects, operation and maintenance agreements, and other general corporate and commercial work in the lifespan of a project. The role will cover a large sector focus including oil and gas, mining, and other natural resources, including in emerging markets covering Africa and MENA.
Applications are welcome from candidates with around 4- 8 years of PQE from a leading international firm in London or another international legal hub (e.g. Australia).
