The Opportunity

The legal team is well integrated into the business and is regularly relied on for advice and support. A new opportunity now exists for an additional lawyer to join the team in London. The role will provide both day to day and strategic legal, regulatory and commercial risk advice to the business. You will also lead on a wide variety of commercial contract negotiations, often complex and involving other jurisdictions. You will also support on corporate and company law matters. You will have the opportunity to work on projects and contribute to the overall effectiveness of legal for the business. As part of a small but cohesive legal team, you will have direct exposure to the business, providing ad hoc advice as well as running training for the business.

This is a varied in-house position and the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and truly supportive business.

About You

The position will suit a lawyer either from private practice or in-house - what is really key is an interest in a broad role and a strong commercial mindset as well a keen interest in taking on variety.

A broad commercial or corporate background would be useful, along with an interest in working in a varied in-house position. The ability to develop relationships is key, as is a commercial approach and the ability to identify and navigate any potential risk.

You will have the opportunity to work with people across the international business and as a result, strong relationship development skills are also required.
