Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity as a Commercial Lawyer in Manchester/Leeds? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Lawyer to join a firm with a leading reputation for their outstanding Corporate and Commercial work.
As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for supporting senior lawyers and partners on a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting contracts and reviewing agreements for high profile clients. The firm boasts an enviable client base so you will have the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to complex matters.
We’re seeking candidates with an excellent academic record and commercial experience at a top tier firm. You will have excellent attention to detail, and a passion for business development. You should be a confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
