NEW: 2023: Junior partner; UK Premium Firm. High compensation. £300k+. This 'brand new' corporate M&A role is fresh from the City with this exceptional Global UK player, situated firmly in the central financial districts around the business World.  With a main emphasis on general corporate work / M&A,  you will ideally be a US or UK 'winning' associate or partner) .. with excellent senior corporate drafting skills and able to hit the ground running with all things 'corporate' and the 'leg work' that goes with it.  The emphasis on this role is junior partner level and for you to be able to 'do the job' and later progress up the equity ladder rapidly.  You will have the flexibility and personality to work well with different team members on a range of corporate matters (including M&A / P/E, JV transactional matters, corporate structuring, but also general corporate advice), excellent client handling skills and ability to nurture client relationships when the time comes.
