Derivatives & Structured Finance Associates – Hong Kong

Our client is actively seeking high calibre structured finance & derivatives associates with between 2-7yrs experience on a UK scale for its dynamic and highly regarded Hong Kong practice. Working alongside two of the most prominent finance lawyers in Asia, this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop and escalate your legal experience and expertise in all aspects of structured finance & derivatives, to include:

• credit, equity and fixed income derivatives (OTC and securitised);
• cash and synthetic securitisations, including residential property, commercial property, consumer finance and trade receivables;
• structured repos and securities loans, including loans used as a means for liquidity swaps;
• structured credit transactions such as Collateralised Debt Obligations (CDOs), Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs), Credit Linked Notes (CLNs) and repackagings; and
• central clearing of OTC derivatives.
