Applicants will be somewhere between 3-7PQE (on a UK scale) and have gained their experience to date with a leading international law firm. Direct experience of advising on M&A, JV’s and carve outs as well as advisory work spanning data privacy, licensing etc is essential for this opportunity.
Preference is for those candidates that have come up from the IP side and speak/read/write fluent Chinese. Ideally Hong Kong resident, those looking to relocate from the United Kingdom, Australia / New Zealand / United States etc will also be considered, if in possession of the right experience / ancillary skill sets. It is vitally important that each candidate is academically excellent and has a stable career history, with a preference for those coming directly from an equivalent elite international law firm.
