Do you want to work for an established Intellectual Property Management company on the outskirts of Cambridge?
Part-Time - Commercial Contract Lawyer -3 days per week including Friday - Hybrid working
Client
You will be joining a business that provides clear and decisive strategic advice and management of intellectual property across a range of sectors
Role
Report to and work closely with the Head of Legal to provide tailored IP and commercial advice to in-house patent and trade mark attorneys, external clients and the company’s Executive team.
Drafting, advising and negotiating IP focused commercial contracts on behalf of clients
Review and provision of advice on commercial contracts with suppliers
Assisting with the company’s overall compliance and risk management
You
Lawyer with 3+ PQE in commercial contracts with an interest in IP
Solution based focus with ability to give pragmatic and commercial advice
Excellent client care skills
