Job Details
In-house Legal Counsel required for a business which is at the heart of innovation and improvement in the life sciences sector. If you would like to work for a business which is equally focused on positive social impact and commercial success please do get in touch.
Reporting to the General Counsel you will join an existing team of two as the organisation embarks on a new phase of growth. The role will offer the opportunity for a junior lawyer to make an instant impact and reach a balance between support and autonomy.
The role will be incredibly varied and will include:
- Negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of commercial agreements and cutting edge research and development contracts;
- Management of intellectual property;
- Provision of advice at all levels of the business on commercial projects; and
- Involvement in the ongoing improvement of compliance and government frameworks.
This role would best suit a lawyer between NQ and 2 years PQE who has a good foundation in commercial contracts law. Enthusiasm and an interest in innovative life sciences is essential.
