Employment Solicitor - Remote Working

An Employment Solicitor or Barrister is required for an opportunity at a medium sized employment and HR advisory organisation which now offers fully remote working. They operate a national service and as long as there are good travel links and you are happy to work remotely (and to travel when required to client offices, hearings, and getting together with the team for training days) then you can work from a mix of home, serviced offices and/or client offices.

You should bring 3 years or more of good quality employment law experience from a law firm or in-house background to be considered for this opportunity. Full time and part time working patterns are available. 

This is an organisation with a seriously impressive client list by any standards, and certainly for a team which is circa 20 strong. Mid and top tier trained candidates would probably be the best fit in terms of client fit. 

I would say that the people are probably the main selling point. This business and its people are a pleasure to work with, and they are passionate and quietly confident in their ability but importantly also have an open and inclusive approach - it's a true team rather than a collection of individuals.
